The Smart Lifestyle Choice


Fitness singles lead the singles community. They lead the singles community because they are healthier, stronger, happier, and more attractive than singles who are not into fitness. There are exceptions that can be attributed mostly to youth, but in the long run and in most situations singles who stay fit excel over those who do not. Their personal lives are usually more successful, they get more and higher quality dates, and their relationships are generally more productive and fulfilling.

You have probably found your way here because you are either a fitness single or you wish to become one or you want to get back on track. If one of these describes you, you’ll find information here to help you enhance, begin, or restart a fitness program.

To reach a peak level of fitness, your program must include aerobic and resistance exercise, a healthy diet, vitamin supplements, and a method for staying motivated. Each of these areas will be covered.

If you are not a fitness single you might be wondering what it takes to become one. The first and most important step is to find things about fitness that excite you. It might be the vision of your body in great shape. It might be your desire to have optimum energy. I might be your need to have your mind performing at its peak. It might be that you want to have the highest quality life that you can. Or it may be a combination of several of these things. Your goal is to identify the things that fitness will give you, then visualize yourself as having achieved them, and then use the motivation that this creates to do the necessary work to get there.

Advantages to Being a Fitness Single

The advantages to becoming a fitness single are enormous! And there are no disadvantages except those that a person might create in their own mind. If you’re in the habit of seeing exercise and healthy eating as an inconvenience and a hardship, then you’re going to have a difficult time becoming a fitness single. Hopefully, this article will inspire you to break out of those negative patterns. On the other hand, if you’re in the habit of seeing exercise and healthy eating as a way to reach your fitness and appearance goals, then you are going to have an easy time.

Here are the advantages to being a fitness single.

  • Better sex.

  • Greater sexual fulfillment for you & your partner.

  • More attractive appearance with or without your clothes.

  • More confidence when disrobing in front of people.

  • Greater self-confidence in your appearance & generally.

  • Greater mental ability and clarity.

  • More energy.

  • Better general health.

  • Better moods & temperament.

  • Greater physical strength.

  • Better skin, hair, eyes, ears, & teeth/gums (breath).

  • More vibrate appearance & spirit.

  • Better able to maintain a youthful appearance as you age.


It doesn’t get much better than that. Just ask any sickly, bedridden multimillionaire who has never taken care of his or her body. Their racehorses and Lamborghini’s may have received the best care that money could buy, but they never provided the same level of care to themselves. Amazing!


First Things First: Knowledge & Preparation

You can greatly improve the effectiveness of your fitness program by educating yourself on the best techniques and practices in each of the key areas. These include aerobic exercise, resistance training, healthy diet, and vitamin supplements. Although I will be covering these areas in a summarized format below, what I am suggesting here is that you commit yourself to an on going education on these topics. Start by getting some good books on the exercise methods and nutritional plans that interest you. Then continue to build on your knowledge with more books, articles, seminars, and public television specials. Regardless of where you are at in your fitness program, you can greatly enhance your progress if you take advantage of the knowledge and experience of the experts. One such person in the area of nutrition, who I’ve come to know through his presentations on public television and his books, is Dr. Gary Null . This man’s incredible enthusiasm will get you excited about nutrition, and what it can do to transform your life!

If you are just starting an exercise program or just returning after a long sabbatical, experts in this field recommend that you check with your doctor before beginning. Additionally, it’s essential that you learn about proper weight-lifting methods, exercise practices, and nutritional requirements. One of the best ways to learn the proper way to do these things is through the instruction and guidance of a personal trainer. In just a few sessions, they can put you on the right path. Most importantly, they can teach you how to achieve better results in the shortest amount of time without injury. Injury is a very really possibly if you don’t know how to do an exercise properly. So be smart, learn how to become a fitness single the right way! Even the seasoned fitness single could benefit from a person trainer’s coaching if they’ve haven’t done so already.

You can find personal trainers at fitness clubs and gyms. Some of them who work independently will even come to your home. Many fitness clubs will give you some basic instructions on the proper use of the equipment as part of a new membership. Be sure to take advantage of this if it’s offered. If it’s not mentioned be sure to ask! That’s what I did. The person I asked was a new personal trainer at the club who would normally charge a fee. Because he didn’t have any clients yet he offered to give me a set of three (3) training sessions for free! I know that when you first start at a club it’s rather intimating and the last thing you want to do is receive newbee instructions in front of all the buffed up old timers. You can get around this by scheduling your training sessions when few people are there like early in the morning (4-6 AM), mid morning (9-11 AM), or late in the evening (9-11 PM).

The rewards for regular exercise and healthy eating is looking and feeling great! When you reach your goals and put on your favorite clothes, maybe some that you haven’t been able to fit into for YEARS, your self-esteem will soar!

You are at an advantage when you live a healthy lifestyle as a fitness single. You will attract higher quality partners. You will be better equipped to build satisfying relationships. And you will have the internal strength to follow through on your commitments.
